St. Paul's Church, Branxton, Northumberland.St. Paul's Church dates from 1200 and was rebuilt in 1849. To the south of the church is the site of the Battle of Flodden, where a large stone monument stands in memory of more than 14,000 English and Scottish soldiers who died in the battle in a single day.
