Falstone Village Churches, Northumberland.

Falstone near Kielder Water has two very nice churches:

• The United Reformed and Methodist Church.
• St. Peter's Church.

Falstone United Reformed and Methodist Church was formerly the Presbyterian church and dates from 1709 - a stone in the wall above the door records this date.

St. Peter's Church was consecrated in 1892. Previous churches date from the 16th century. It is known for it's great sense of peace within.
