Photos of Northumberland - Ray Fell near Woodburn.These photos were taken at Ray Fell near Woodburn on a late December afternoon in 2003. Some of the photos show the former Wansbeck Valley Railway (Wanney Line) trackbed. ** Some of these views could be destroyed by plans to build a huge and ugly wind farm power station in the Kirkwhelpington area. There are plans for over 100 turbines in the Wanney area. In fact Northumberland is now virtually under siege from plans for these monstrous blights on the landscape. The photos may take a while to load depending on your connection speed.
