St. Aidans Church, Bamburgh, Northumberland.St. Aidans Church, Bamburgh was consecrated in the 13th century. The origins of this church date back much earlier when St. Aidan came to Lindisfarne but the church was built in the 13th century. The chancel is said to be the second longest in the country.
